Lois Jane Frankel is an American politician and lawyer who has served as the United States Representative for Florida's 22nd congressional district since 2023. She previously represented Florida’s 21st congressional district from 2017 to 2023 and the 22nd district from 2013 to 2017. A member of the Democratic Party, Frankel was a seven-term member of the Florida House of Representatives, serving from 1986 to 1992 and from 1994 to 2002. She also served as the Mayor of West Palm Beach from 2003 to 2011. Frankel holds a Bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University. Her extensive political career highlights her commitment to public service and her community.
