David H. Watters, born on December 28, 1950, in Hartford, Connecticut, is a Democratic politician serving as the State Senator for New Hampshire's 4th District since December 5, 2012. His district includes Barrington, Dover, Rollinsford, and Somersworth. Before his tenure in the State Senate, Watters served two terms in the New Hampshire House of Representatives from 2008 to 2012, representing Strafford's 4th district.
