Clarke Tucker is an American attorney and Democratic politician from Central Arkansas. He is currently serving as a member of the Arkansas Senate, a position he has held since January 2021. Tucker previously served in the Arkansas House of Representatives from 2015 to 2019. In 2018, he ran for the United States House of Representatives, seeking to represent Arkansas's 2nd congressional district, but was defeated by incumbent French Hill. Tucker is a member of the Democratic Party and has been active in state politics for several years. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas and graduated from Central High School. His legislative roles have included serving as a state senator for District 32 and a state representative for District 35.
