Bina has held several key roles throughout her career, including Special Projects Director at the Sacramento City Manager's office and Community Development Director at the Housing and Redevelopment Agency. Her commitment to empowering young people is evident in her work as a Consultant and as the Founder and Co-Director of the Youth Development Network. Bina's extensive experience in both public administration and nonprofit management highlights her dedication to fostering community growth and supporting youth development initiatives.
