Detroit Animal Control was ordered by a judge of the Wayne County Circuit Court to refrain from destroying the starved, abandoned pit bull, dubbed 'Ace,' found in a Detroit Ace Hardware store on November 4th. Detroit Animal Control put Ace down anyway. We the signers of this petition ask that the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office charge Detroit Animal Control with contempt of court for their deliberate disregard of the order to keep Ace alive.
