This Bill does not protect our children or our communities. We already have laws that do that and keep the balance in our justice system. A3276 will FORCE children to have to testify in court because a mandatory 25 years eliminates any chance of a plea bargain. And it will cost the taxpayers almost $6.5 million a year every year, plus inflation costs. Could you do this to your child?
