It is imperative that we take steps to limit these dangers by imposing adequate and stringent regulations on the industry.

As a citizen of the City of Colorado Springs, the State of Colorado and the United States of America, we are guaranteed the right to safe, clean and replenishable water and air.

COGCC regulations do not go far enough towards protecting the rights of the citizens of Colorado, nor do they have adequate staff to do so. It is therefore up to local elected officials to stand up for the safety and well-being of their citizens.
