As principal of Miner Elementary, Mrs. Bunch has had a tremendous and positive impact on the children, on the school itself, and on the surrounding community. Not reappointing a principal who has done so much for the children and for the community, and who has the love and support of these children and this community, would be detrimental to the children enrolled there, to the school's operation, and to its connections and partnerships in the local community.

For these reasons, we request, before June 28, 2013 (the date Principal Bunch has been asked to vacate the premises):

(1) a meeting with Chancellor Henderson to discuss this decision; and/or

(2) that Chancellor Henderson reverse her decision not to reappoint Principal Bunch.
