THE STUDY IS FLAWED! The conversion of this elementary school serving 514 students Monday-Friday during daytime hours to an adult campus serving 1750 students Monday-Saturday 8AM-9PM will impose an extreme hardship on the surrounding neighborhood. Of the many concerns traffic and safety are obvious, other issues include air quality, hydrology, noise, light pollution...The volume of students is projected to generate 2,282 vehicle trips per day(for the traffic analysis a 50% vehicle to student ratio was assumed) in this neighborhood of approximately 150 homes with one way in, one way out on a single lane street. Gridlock. will result, ingress and egress of emergency reaponse vehicles virtually impossible.  Please include this petition and all signatures in the comments section of the Mitigated Negative Declaration.
