Enterprise Rent-A-Car personnel have utilized deceptive sales tactics. The deceptive sales tactics unfairly target the ignorance of consumers. It is unfair to consumers and competitors of Enterprise. I urge Enterprise to make known their personal insurance requirements for vehicle rental, if any. Omission of this requirement has allowed personnel a foothold to deceive consumers.

I have been a victim of this deceptive and unfair practice.  Enterprise personnel have stated that "proof of full coverage insurance" is required "in order to rent a car". However this assertion has proven to be false and not company policy as stated by Enterprise personnel.  When challenged to see the policy in writing it has yet to be produced by personnel or management members.Declining the offered CDW, I was denied the opportunity to rent a vehicle even though I was qualified to do such according to the Renter's Requirement listed on the company's website.  In the instances where I elected to purchase the CDW, I was coerced through deceptive sale tactics.

I work hard for my money and as a consumer I should not have to deal with a business using deceptive practices to coerce me out of my money. Enterprise has yet to address the issue of deceptive sales tactics.  I refuse to be a victim again. I want Enterprise to resolve this matter. The solution is simple. Lend you help in getting Enterprise Rent-A-Car to do the right thing and provide a simple solution: State your Personal Insurance Requirements, if any!
