In a company where people belonging to different castes are working,to celebrate a particular caste which is considered to be a Upper Caste, is an act of insult to all others. This act of 'PayPal' is inducing caste associated pride among young graduates and also initiates 'Modern Untouchability' in the Corporate industry.
