The Orange County Florida deputy did not inform the owner of the property that he was on her property looking for a suspect in a car jacking. The owner of the property let her three dogs out into her back yard to use the restroom. Two of the dogs went towards the deputy who shot and killed them. This is unacceptable. 1. The deputy did not let the owner know he was on her property 2. The dogs were on their own property
