The Orange County Florida deputy did not inform the owner of the property that he was on her property looking for a suspect in a car jacking. The owner of the property let her three dogs out into her back yard to use the restroom. Two of the dogs went towards the deputy who shot and killed them. This is unacceptable. 1. The deputy did not let the owner know he was on her property 2. The dogs were on their own property
Here is a link to the basic story. However, it does not mention the two dogs who were killed.

The officer had no right to be on her property without informing the owner first, and he definitely didn't have the right to kill her dogs! Stop killing dogs you idiots!

Being a deputy does not give anyone the right to commit this type of behavior. He should be held accountable and punished for this violation.

Until police departments acknowledge that there is a problem, I can't feel safe in my own home.

This is scary - and have heard of dogs killed in their own yards because po are chasing someone. People have suggested putting out signs. That would not have helped at all. Orlando, FL? - this sure is not any Disney story.
