Poor innocent dogs are confined to a small amount of space because of USDA Kennel regulations. There are regulations there to keep the dogs safe and healthy, but there are not regulations requiring anyone to let the dogs run around or take the dogs on walk. That should be REQUIRED. Dogs should have a minimum of 4 hours outside of the kennel in a safe, large area while the kennel owners keep watch. Help these dogs. We can better their lives.
