The Issue
Using money that now goes to subsidize the fossil fuel industries (coal, oil, natural gas), instead offer that money to those who limit their driving, flying and household use of fossil fuel devived energy. This would help slow global warming and sea level rises and would negate the need for raising the minimum wage and foodstamps.
