Under a zero tolerance policy, if an individual were to be found responsible/guilty of sexual assault (including all definitions as seen through Title IX) at the University, they would be permanently banned from being in-person at The University of Southern Mississippi in any capacity. By signing this petition, we support the implementation of this policy in order to ensure student safety, to dedicate ourselves to eradication rape culture, and to create a campus that survivors can count on.
