He doesn't have his clients tested when aware of their disability concerning compantancy in a criminal case, He doesn't have his clients best interests, He allows himself to get caught up in court politics which allows his clients to get railroaded by the prosecutor. He has his clients sign a plea without explanation knowing his clients has a compantancy issue and also knowing of his clients innocence. He discourages his clients into not withdrawing a plea knowing of the factual innocence of his clients. He does nothing to defend his clients. He takes his clients disability and uses it as a weapon against his own witness to help the prosecutor win a conviction.
