TFL want to extend their red route across the front of our business 'Kent Carriage Company' We are a family run business and have been for 62 years! Established in New Cross, South East London. This threatens our livelihoods and will result in job losses and possibly the closure of the business.  TFL will not listen to common sense and have taken a computer says no attitude towards us. It seems that bureaucracy matters more to them than peoples livelihoods. Even their planning officers agree that there is no need for it but their policy dictates.  Two years ago they put the double red lines across my business, Kent Carriage Company. We took them to the High Court and they lost as they did it without consultation. Now they are attempting to do it again!
