Hope is dead. The internationally beloved Vervet Monkey Ambassador was murdered recently by the very wildlife center who vowed to protect her. 

We are sickened to learn that Tenikwa owners, Len and Mandy Freeman are responsible for her murder, after she fought to survive and recover from a devastating accident in 2013 with the help of thousands of worldwide supporters and a few dedicated volunteers at the Darwin Primate Group sanctuary in the Western Cape, ZA.

In a twisted turn of events, Tenikwa is killing animals in their care, after being entrusted with their safety. But it's not just Hope, there are others. Recently, several anonymous reporters came forward to share information about the fates of these rescued primates and the rife negligence at this facilty.

Enough is Enough. It's time to show the Freemans that they are accountable to the public. Please share this petition and help us shine a spotlight on their unethical actions.

The primates taken in from the DPG in 2013 must be safely relocated to other sanctuaries in South Africa. They are not to be harmed further. This petition stays live until the primates are safe - any contrary actions by Tenikwa will result in an escalation of this public campaign.
