Preventing vehicular access is new at Greenhall. It removes our recreational liberties. Vehicles have always been permitted into the park. Without this, it forces car owners to park in the street, blocking nearby residents homes and on the dangerous bend at Stoneymeadow Road. Eldery and infirm people now have to park away from the park and walk to it on an unsurfaced stretch of road. Dogs let out the cars make a run for the EK Expressway 70mph slipway! There's going to be an accident either involving animals, people or vehicles. The Bollard needs to be removed at once, primarily in the interests of safety.
