Preventive suspension Gov Rizalina Seachon Lanete due to the plunder case filed against her before the Office of the Ombudsman will eliminate the prejudicial acts,, ensure smooth and effective operations  of the provincial government and will allow the good governor to  have more time and focus more on her defense for the case.
