"We demand a stricter regulation of Animal Welfare in form of an active, powerful law in all European countries! Which should include all kind of Animal Protection relevant Issues - stricter Punishments of Animal Abuse and the Education of Animal Rights to the European Countries, especially in Schools! We demand a common Law, which reaches all European Countries. People should know that Animal Abuse is a Crime and will be punished! Please think of the way Animals should be treated in the European Union! Please be an Idol, take Animal Welfare serious and make it an Aim of the EU! Please make us proud to be European Habitants! Please use the power to ensure that all your habitants are protected and hold rights! We thank you with all our heart!"

The European Union calls itself a progressive and modern union which also has the aim to enable common and rightful laws in all European countries - it is a union to improve the life of European people. But what is about the millions of animals which are still treated in a horrible and barbaric way in so called "modern European countries" - in countries that do not deserve to be a part of the EU. Although Animal testing for cosmetics is still forbidden in some countries, many do not take it seriously or let their products get tested in other countries were it is allowed, just to hide the truth! An other thing is the cruel transportation of animals mend for slaughtering, which are transported for hours in terrible conditions before they are slaughtered. And what about the right to kill street dogs and cats in the most cruel way in many East- and South European countries? What about the right to sell fur and whale shows, or animal fighting shows.

There are still so many things going on which shouldn't in a modern union, until then the European Union do not deserves the right to call itself a progressive country and do not have the right to be called an idol if it can't enable such a simple and humane thing like the protection of animals. It is time to make Animal Welfare and Protection a common and powerful law in the whole European country. There need to be stricter regulations about the testing of animals, the transportation of animals, the way animals are kept, in aquariums and zoos and in slaughter houses and about the way animals should be treated in general! 

Please make this change happen - how far do we still need to go to realize that animals have the same rights as we - that our right over animals is neither god nor nature given - it is nowhere written! We are living in the 21. century now - but we are treating animals still like barbaric stone aged people. Let's try to make our best to get rid of our sins and all the crimes we did - let's prove the world, the animals, god and ourselves that we are not that bad - let us not abuse our power, but use it to make the world a better place for all living beings, which is also the best way to find enlightenment.
