Dear Prime Minister of Faroe Islands Mr. Kay Leo Johannesen,

Dear people of Faroe Islands,


I’m writing you because of Grindadráp. 
Please open your eyes to the consequences of your deeds.

Continuing Grindadráp you grow a generation which becomes used to violence, used to see blood, used to see someone dyeing and feel no compassion. 
Is this really the society you’d like to live in?

You influence your children with brutality and yourself with deseases, eating the contaminated whale meat. 
Are you aware of that? 

Faroe Islands are famous worldwide for the incredible beauty of their nature. 
Whales and dolphins are part of this beauty. 
Destroying them, you destroy your own beautiful nature. 
It’s a pity, isn’t it?

Could you please be so incredibly kind and lovely and stop this bloody tradition? Times change and so do traditions. Next time the whales come near your islands, why not set them free? How about helping them to get back into the sea? How about letting them live? 
It would be wonderful!

Please take care of your health and take care of the whales and dolphins. 
Please try to protect them!
