Stop creating internet browsers.

Internet Explorer is a limitation to users and developers alike. Removing Internet Explorer from the world and preventing any further Microsoft based web browsers from being created will free web innovation from the shackles which Internet Explorer's large user base has inherently set upon it. Internet Explorer has been consistently behind the times and lacks adequate support for the new technologies which it claims its superiority on.

We the undersigned to not want to use (or develop for) a new Internet Explorer or whatever may come from Microsoft to replace it. We respectfully ask that Microsoft and its subsidiaries cease and desist internet browser production.

I hate having to fix something 3 different ways so that it works on IE8, 9 and 10. I also really, really hate not being able to have more than one version of IE installed at a time. I have to keep four virtual machines around just to test in each of IE.

I'm a web application developer, and by far the biggest headache is supporting any number of IE problems, including memory leaks, and poor standards implementation.

Because I develop websites for a living, and because of Windows market share, supporting IE is a financial drain on my company.
