I find that it's outrageous that the government would allow a person with such a criminal resume to move into a neighborhood full of children and teenagers. A person like this should be supervised at all times. Approximately 80 percent of sex offenders re-offend. I have a young sister that lives in the neighborhood. He's the last person I would want around children or young adults at any time. Hamilton already has way to many sex offenders as it is. Something has to be done about these numbers on the rise of sexual predators in neighborhoods full of families with children. Even the police think he will re-offend yet nothing is being done. Here is another reason why this is a growing problem... We have over 50 registered sex offenders in the downtown area alone..
