With the outcry for other ways of commuting, citations for guilty drivers of any vehicle are lacking when involved in the crash of a cyclist. Without giving citations to guilty/distracted drivers, these "accidents" will only continue to escalate!! The penalty for at fault vehicular homicide/manslaughter when with a cyclist/pedestrian must be swift and severe otherwise it won't slow down it's growth!!
