As a person interested in the conservation problems of many kind around the world,, I’m writing to you to express my concern over the recent and serious events in the Faroe Islands. According to information from different resources, the Danish Navy has violated the strict laws of the European community, specifically Articles 2 and 12 of the EU Habitats Directive (see also ANNEX IV: ANIMAL AND PLANT SPECIES OF COMMUNITY INTEREST IN NEED OF STRICT PROTECTION: Cetacean: All species)
