WE, THE UNDERSIGNED RESIDENTS AND REGISTERED VOTERS OF THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT DO HEREBY SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING PETITION FOR A SPECIAL MEETING VOTE: 
To see if the State will vote to register audit and disseminate to all concerned its objection, opposition and commitment to stop the construction of any portion of the 38 Columbus Street Seymour Senior Housing Project, (also know as 16 Bank Street, Phase 2) since this project is using State funded taxpayers grants, violating Town zoning laws, and will cause inestimable damage to the orderly economic development of the Town, its parking, its businesses and the health and wellbeing of its senior/disabled residents. (or to take any other action relative thereto).  
*THE FIRST SIGNATORY ON THE FIRST PAGE OF THE PETITION IS THE PETITIONER OF THE ARTICLE AND WILL BE LISTED AS SUCH ON THE TOWN MEETING WARRANT.
