The property at 100 Flagler Blvd. has been used exclusively as residential and is surrounded by other residential properties. If used commercially, it will not conform with current use of the community. Such a business will create a nuisance (Code 18-54). A commercial business will increase auto and pedestrian traffic, loitering, and noise as well as dramatically degrade the surrounding property values and pose public safety risks in the neighborhood.
