Reconsider the Petition for Writ of Certiorari (Case 193~Term 2014) regarding Obama's eligibility/fatal flaws in the Maryland election process, allowing ineligible candidates on the ballot.
The Issue
My Maryland Obama Eligibility case was dismissed for laches (late filing) in August of 2012. I appealed the decision, as I had proof that my complaint was timely filed, however it was again dismissed in September of 2013 by the Court of Special Appeals.
I then petitioned the Court of Appeals, where the judge denied my petition stating that there has been no showing that review is "desirable and in the public interest".
I started this petition and am asking for your support in making it clear to Chief Judge Marry Ellen Barbera, that there is tremendous public interest in free and fair elections and knowing that your President is legitimate and eligible to be the Commander in Chief of our Military..
The more people that sign this petition, the more public interest will be evident on the issue. These results will be added to my Motion to Reconsider, so please pass this petition far and wide and get everyone to sign it
