Please change to a booking system for hard rubbish

We would like the Yarra Ranges Council to change the hard rubbish collection from once a year on the same day for everyone, to a booking system where each house hold is able to book two collections per year.

Currently the place looks like a rubbish tip. People are trawling the streets late at light disturbing the peace and making a mess of neatly placed rubbish with no regard to the house holders.
