The Candidates from across India who were willing to become Assistant Professor & get Junior Research Fellowship were appeared for  National Eligibility Test (NET) twice in every year. Qualifying in NET Exam is compulsory for the Eligibility for Assistant Professor in Indian universities and colleges. The Junior Research Fellowship was financially important for those researchers who did not have other fellowships/Stipends/Scholarships and as well as those who could not able to manage there expense during there research for Master of Philosophy(M.Phil.)  and  Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.). 

Before  last exam i.e. NET December 2014, The National Educational Testing Bureau of University Grants Commission (UGC) conducts National Eligibility Test (NET). From NET December 2014, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducting this exam on behalf of UGC.

It was nearly 4 months were passed but candidates  were still waiting for result. Even CBSE announced and released a notification of next exam i.e NET June 2015 but didnot declare NET December 2014's result or notification regarding the result.

Hence those Candidates who will be qualify in Dec 2014 exam were had apply and spend there money for NET June 2015. They will not get there examination fees returned.  This is grave injustice to the Candidates who were still unemployed.

• So we demand that :in future CBSE, UGC should declare the result of any NET Exam before the notification of next NET Exam.
• We request to the Ministry  of Human Resource Development, Government of India, New Delhi to look into this matter.                     Thank You.
