A live lion at an AFL game of 30,0000 people. Come on! It doesn’t make any sense. Let’s take a good look at the dumbest idea in recent AFL history. This is cruel for the animal AND we should not exploit it. We do not feel assured that the lion will be in a cage.. This is very cruel. It would have to be a cruel environment for the lion to be in, trapped behind bars while thousands of screaming fans carry on around it. Keeping lions in zoos is one thing, but putting the king of the jungle in a cage in front of 30,000 fans has to be pretty uncomfortable for the poor thing. This is not our right to do with animals as we please.
