America needs to tax the super rich to survive. Before 1980 the super rich were taxed 70% and more. This was considered reasonable. Trickle Down did not work. Grover Norquist is stopping raising taxes on the super rich and this is
causing the American economy to be top heavy and fail and blocking Government from even working. It's not envy, it is math that the super rich need to be taxed more to make a more balanced economy.
