We, the undersigned, call on the British and Austrian governments to do all they can to ensure a fair court hearing for Beth Alexander in the custody case of her twin sons Samuel and Benjamin Schlesinger in Vienna. These children were removed from her care in July 2011 by an order from Austrian judge Susanne Göttlicher. This sudden ruling awarded 100% sole custody to the father with immediate effect, and with no visiting rights for the mother.

We ask that the British and Austrian authorities investigate the legal proceedings which have caused so much unjustified pain, damage and trauma to Beth and her twin sons, and do all that they can to bring a fair and swift resolution to the case.
