Please only sign this petition if you lost money on a bet for Lewis Hamilton to win the 2021 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and/or the 2021 WDC. Not all Bookmakers were as understanding as Paddy Power!!

In the 2021 Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, many people placed bets on Lewis Hamilton to win the race and the World Drivers Championship (WDC). Had the regulations been applied correctly Lewis would have won the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and the 2021 WDC. Due to misapplication of regulations by the FIA, many people lost bets, and confidence in the integrity of the sport was shattered. Many Formula 1 fans, who believed in a transparent and fair outcome based on skill and competition, were left feeling cheated and defrauded.

The FIA admitted that the race regulations were not correctly enforced and upheld Max Verstappen's win, citing a lack of a mechanism to alter the classification, a claim many, including myself, view as insupportable. The FIA can refer Abu Dhabi 2021 to the International Court of Appeal (ICA), who do have the authority to change the classification and declare Lewis Hamilton the legitimate and valid winner.
