On july 28, 2023 my left ear drum was blown out by the horrific, and relentless attacks of n.w.o (neighborhood watch organizations) using portable high power microwaveable devices. Verified by Munster community healthcare system and observed by emergency paramedics. False or denial to be seen by a follow up referral with a specialist, by a participant of n.w.o and  staff of the doctors office. Blatantly and assuredly turned away my attempt to schedule an appointment for my ear drum deafness, which has caused an published song writer and artist to be hindered from continuing in my career.

 

 

I was told by her that a specialist in otolaryngology (ear, nose, and throat doctor) didn't do ear, just throat July 31, 2023 that Monday following the emergency hospital visits july 28, 2023. Now after the tree was shaking by contacting around about this mix up, confirmed by 2 other means well 3 as how ever heard of a dentist, only focusing on the whistle teeth, that unprofitable and flat out n.w.o informing the clerk that answered the phone that I was going to call. But as I was saying after putting that hospital in harms way, and seeing that they ain't as smart as they taught, the story was better cleaned up by that staff member slash n.w.o member. When I called back after having to go through some channels to gain more evidence as the notorious taught to be above the law n.w.o had to rethink and try to do damage control. 

 

 

So as they hate to loose, they try on, I was given a Buck Rogers (far out there) appointment. I guess they was hoping that by then they would break me from believing GOD ain't real, even that no way a black man will see victory in a god that they believe they are.

On July 1st 2023 I received email from copa (Civilian office of police accountability) after filing a complaint against South Holland Police department headquarters in the improper handling of attempt to file a police report against the harassment, privacy invasion and attempted murderer on my life. Organized by Neighborhood watch organizations, members. 

 

 

By illegal tactics of high power microwaveable devices attacks, internet capture and diverting, psychological stalking warfare, delay too disruption in multiple businesses affairs. Such as working for Uber, shopping, better employment, fastfood acquiring too dine in. Travel on public transportation, too public highways, and streets.

 

Too 3rd party insurance company delay and unfair, unprofessional settlement. Of admitted at fault client driver of that insurance company. Caught in an attempt to hit and kill too serious injuring me (of course that part of purposely totaling out my car with me in it wasn't admitted by participant members. As I have not made a claim yet concerning that part, but am reviling it to you for such purpose.). 

 

Accident filed October 31, 2022 under Chicago, Illinois police report Jf456042. However police called to the scene stated driver would be charged with an attempt to hit and run, in which later it was a mix up with report being approved for me to collect. So I am not sure if the driver was charged with an attempt to hit and run. As it clearly was, because unless the front axles of his vehicle had not disabled him had made it nearly half a block away and was continuing to try to get the vehicle to move when police was called. 

 

This was an organized attempt gone wrong by N.w.o (Neighborhood watch organizations) members. A form of retaliation, because I continue to stand on my constitutional rights to legally work for a living, and report illegal acts they did, when I could. Things such as drag or street racing, driving through red lights endangering innocent bystander, disobeying closed private property, and public parks closing hours, illegal driving while holding a cellphone, etc. When they sought to drive me in to schizophrenia, depression, suicide, locked up, etc. Even to turn me into an complete hopeless, homeless individual. As they have continued to seek.

However, getting back to my filed complaint against South Holland Police department Sergeant misconduct, came back from Copa as being out of their jurisdiction. When South Holland, ILLINOIS is under cook county, same as previous filed complaint against Chicago police. In which, that filing was sloppily handled. Then none responsive from the assigned in house officer. So the south Holland Illinois cook county out of jurisdiction, don't add up!

 

On June 2023 about the 28th I filled an online police report with Lansing Illinois police department. Concerning other events at a different places, with n.w.o members. I have yet to hear anything back from Lansing Illinois police department!

 

On July 3rd, 2023 a Dcfs (Department of child and family services) filing was submitted online, and returned back, as none approved to be investigate.

 

This filing concerned, n.w.o putting children in harms way. However I didn't report it as such towards n.w.o.

 

But gave Pacific checkable details of the child endangerment, which was done in the capturing of serval businesses security cameras.

 

This decision was done swiftly, possibly under 4 hours but definitely under 24 hours.

 

And many other documented incidents, involving neighborhood watch organizations ileagl acts, as I had to learn to stop chasing a order that was setup in our government order, to be untouchable and above the law, and go after building proof on their associates that have not that same privilege.

 

Now back to first stated issue (South Holland, IL. Police department 6-14-2023).

 

Something should be on record under S23-12947 of South Holland police department.

 

Again I was told that this would only be a statement and not a report. 

 

Several issues, with the stated conversation.

 

One, it was clear that my reporting of fear for my life was not taking serious or professionally.

 

My business was not a one on one conversation with the sergeant, especially after feeling force to reveal in front of none police employees. 

 

As the report I sought to make is very sensitive, with accusations toward a group that works very close with law enforcement.

 

As I have learned members can range from many professions, to many peoples.

 

As a Sergeant, you would expect better. As it seems, this is how he would handle a complaint against a fellow officer. Even one, within ear shot of the complaint being made.

 

This can be seen on their camera's security which is clearly post around the public area lobby.

 

It might be said by that department, this is how they handle the public.

 

However, that station do have a private counseling room that sits on the bond release side of that building, if not other offices or rooms for such privacy.

 

My report was handled with out the writing down of detailed information, then only wrote down after I asked after sought. 

 

However he did have the incident site address down pack. 

 

As if he was already pre-aware or pre-warned, of my complaint. That info could not have come from the employee whom copied my driving license before getting the Sergeant. As I disclosed no such information to her.

 

Again the organization or organizations (being branched off of the foundation organization) that I went in to get help with, works very nit close as almost co-workers. 

 

An entire organization set up privately owned and operated. To be rented out as informants.

 

They are None attached directly, to be untouchable by police misconduct complaints! But they are very influential in our law enforcement and government. 

 

Again a sort of way to bypass all the misconduct issues, as being a sort of extra eyes and ears for law enforcement.

 

Even Trusted beyond supervision.

 

Neighborhood watch organizations has been given that platform. As I am without knowledge of the original state, I do know this now heavily entangled in many areas of government agencies;

 

They have absolutely no way to make a complaint against them, None! Yet they have an office in the mayor office of former Lori Lightfoot. Plaques of praise in the department of justice offices, state attorney, even are trained in defense by the individual local law enforcement organizations. In Chicago Illinois for sure.

 

Our argument basis:

 

Police officers once was trusted with out body cameras, vehicle cams, police accountability groups, etc. 

 

But we learned, to much trust without oversight, lead to a feel of none accountability!

 

And so much needed oversight was pressed on those sworn to serve and protect, car cam, body, etc.

 

Yet these ordinary people (N.w.o), that I know I didn't vote for, to become eligible to Rome our streets as a newer form of policing, with out strong overseeing have been allowed too!

 

They have a form of a bypass, of all we, the people of the united states of America voted to try to make things better in law enforcement. By the order we did vote for, years ago to form a uniform protect and serve, law enforcement organizations, even the police officers.
