Health and Fitness centers, gyms, martial arts studios, dance studios and similar facilities have been closed since March 16th.  For the past two months people have been isolated in their homes and have been without appropriate physical activity.  The time has come to reopen health and fitness centers.

Join us in urging Governor Ned Lamont to allow health and fitness centers to reopen on May 20th along with other businesses.  Physical activity is essential to our well being.  Gyms, martial arts, dance, yoga and similar studios can be opened safely and should be allowed to open.

Keep CT Fit is an association of gym and studio owners, personal trainers and other fitness professionals.  We have proposed protocols for reopening and are prepared to do so in a professional and safe manner.
