Why This Is Important

A Petition to YouTube to Restore YouTube.com/Niggeritarian Which is Suspended for Having Been Wrongly Flagged as Hate Speech.

This channel represents the body of work achieved over approximately one year by David Supernigger [legal name] who has poured his soul into its creation. It had over 500 subscribers at the time of its temporary deactivation. The channel contains almost 2000 videos and tens of thousands of comments that matter to people on YouTube. The videos have been flagged for hate speech, this is an abuse of youtubes hate speech policy. This loss, for David, is combined with the recent mistaken deletion of a much larger channel (/variablast) which had over 3000 videos, thousands of favorites, hundreds if not thousands of subscribers, and probably hundreds of thousands of comments, as well as some difficulty in his personal life which has resulted with his 5 day stay at a psychological treatment facility.

It is the goal of this petition to reach the reviewers with executive authority on the decision whether or not this channel will be deleted. Should you be one of those people this is our request to you: Do not judge this channel based on any simple policy or reaction to one taboo word which is commonly used by rap singers and others from different walks of life with no animosity and with only the most humane of intent. Instead, look in any video flagged for any actual statement about any group which is hateful in its nature.

It is our opinion that you will not find that statement. This should lead you to the same conclusion that we hold, that the flagging of these videos was inappropriate and a misuse of the YouTube Hate Speech policy, and that the channel in question ought to be reinstated. Thank you for your consideration.
