It is true that, by not investing in corporations found on the federal blacklist, the state of Wyoming is in compliance with federal laws to not support terrorism and genocide, which is only right and proper.  However, organizations such as the Genocide Intervention Network have personally informed me that this list does not include all of the organizations which are helping to fuel the Darfur Genocide.  I suggest that Wyoming develop a system of targeted divestment to make sure its money is not used to fuel genocide, while at the same time not preventing the funding of projects in Sudan which help the civilians.  Every dollar, and every state, counts in the fight for human rights.
