Maine's new Governor wants to decrease or do away with most of Maine's clean air & clean water environmental protection regulations. 

He claims that they are anti-business & Maine's economy can't tolerate that. Meanwhile, we have such a high level of Mercury in our rivers that it is recommended that pregnant women & young children not ingest our fish, and the rest of us shouldn't eat any more than twice a week!  There is even a group of business owners who are objecting to his proposals, pointing out that many people are here because the environment is better than many other places.

We need to convince Gov. LePage that it is against the people & the economy to go backwards on environmental protection. Please write him and create the pressure beyond the State of Maine that he needs to hear.
