This week is World Vegetarian Week! May 19th through 25th, pledge veg! Seven days of no meat may shed some light on the reasons why so many people have gone vegetarian. I'm not a vegetarian (yet), but I pledge to go through this next week completely meat-free, and I hope you'll do the same!
