"Won't Back Down" is a film that advocates for and promotes the corporate takeover of public schools by for-profit companies. Under the cover of a "feel good" tale of empowerment and activism, the film encourages just the opposite. Parent Trigger laws like the one in the film only help one entity: Billionaire businessmen who are actively exploiting parents and children to fill their coffers. Send Ms. Gyllenhaal (and Walden Media) a strong message as she begins the promotional tour for this film.  Remind her that she should have thought twice about starring in a movie that advocates for the privatization movement.
