At approximately 3:30 pm on Monday April 14th, 2014 a tragic event occurred in our small neighborhood town of Winchendon, Massachusetts.   The Clark family found their dog hanged from a tree in their own yard.   What made the situation much worse is that their 10 year old daughter, Katelyn was the first one to witness the 14-week-old Beagle named Snoopy in this horrific state.  He had been tied with a rope from the family's own birdfeeder and multiple knots had been made to secure it to his collar.  It took 2 people to take him down.   We believe this act of cruelty was done by a 'sick' calculated individual.  We need to know who did this we are a closeknit community and we will not stand for such cruelty inflicted on our beloved pets.   Animal abusers need to be punished in the most severe manner that the law allows.  Please see that this "animal" who did this is caught soon and then dealt with swiftly to the fullest extent of the law.  We demand "Justice for Snoopy".
