Whales are among the most important marine mammals alive and many are also in danger of extinction. Over 1000 species are endangered; thus, action needs to take place and regulations enforced in order for the tides to turn for whales. Statistically, 7400 whales are killed yearly and by becoming involved in these regulations and promoting them, other locations around the world may take into consideration helping these innocent organisms too.
