Targeting: Facebook (Mark Zuckerberg)

Three days ago, a very beloved caring friend and member of the Facebook and online gaming community was not given proper warning or reason before his profile became disabled.  This petition is to affirm his long term presence with us, his family and friends and in support of the validity of his profile should that have ever been in question. 

To our knowledge, David has never posted anything publicly that could be construed as against the terms of service or Facebook community guidelines. 

*To indefinitely or for an unstated length of time disable his profile without informed cause, incurs undue hardship upon his or anyone's psychological state as it disenfranchises him or others to maintain the communication level as was previously experienced. 

*This action also disables David from maintaining business and charitable outreach/support group communications for which he also created on his Facebook.  David maintains real time work related ties and charitable activities which are not limited to GLBTI activism, animal rights, and substance abuse counseling.

*This action by Facebook also infringes upon the expressed and promised intellectual property rights of David Schackow for the family pictures he has placed upon his profile are possibly not reproducible.

*David's Farmville account that holds a great deal of financial funding is connected to his currently disabled Facebook account and it cannot be accessed due to Facebook's current contract with Zynga (as it is presently understood) that disallows Zynga from seeking ANY OTHER social networking website to house Zynga Games. Therefore, there is no way for David Schackow to create another profile and reconnect his current financial investment in Zynga games to said new profile.

*We as FRIENDS AND FAMILY on the behalf of David Schackow do impore the powers that be of Facebook to reinstate David Schackow's profile in its entirety for the purpose of reconnecting to his real time and online community and to the financial investments in all his gaming activities. 

*We also URGE that in future instances: a stated time frame, a protocol of procedures, and information indicating the alleged violations of TOS and Community guidelines be presented to the profile holder BEFORE such action is taken; reasonable allotted time be given to the profile holder to correct or answer charges of being possibly hacked, phished, or what may be considered inappropriate behaviors, as it is widely held knowledge that the written word is void of expression and can be misconstrued online.  We also demand a support ticket system or manner in which a live Facebook employee can communicate with the profile owner, either via a working phone number or through direct email communications at the email address provided by the Facebook registrant.  These things merely represent reasonable requests that are also afforded to any alleged law violators in the judicial system and jurisdictions in which Facebook resides and operates.
