*This petition demands severe actions to the  Justice Departement  of Colombia against L.MORENO

 We cannot tolerate such Cruelty  and such Football negative image .

Background :

Luis Moreno, a Panamanian Defender  for Deportivo Pereira ( Colombia ) ,kicked  with rage a OWL off the field a distance about 3 yards.

The owl was taken to Zoosalud veterinary clinic in Barranquilla, the Daily Mail reported.

The veterinarians later told Colombia Reports,that

 the owl died of respiratory arrest after a long suffering

Our global communities share laws, moral and written, and when one person demonstrates such a gross lack of respect for both, our societies must react with concern for the innocent and potential victims, who include both non-human and human animals.

 It is our obligation to protect them from both manufactured and intrinsic cruelty, and although the distinction is often difficult to identify, the effect is not, and our priority is the innocent, in this case .

We demand severe disciplinary actions and Luis Moreno suspension .
