Charges have been made against Bradley Manning yet he is being denied the right to defend himself.  Denying his right to Due Process also means abridging the freedom of speech.  Together, these are violations of the Fifth and First Amendments of the United States Constitution.  The Sixth Amendment to the US Constitution is also being violated inthat the rights of the accused are being denied,  In addition, being held in inhumane conditions is a violation of the Eighth Amendment of the Bill of Rights of the American Constitution. 

The US Military is acting against the Law of the Land.  It is hindering the established relationship of the federal government with the states, citizens, and all people within the United States.  It is implicated in a crime against the citizens of the United States of America.

Because Bradley Manning has not received a fair trial, we as American citizens are being denied all the facts and the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity.  When one American is denied his or her rights, it is an attack on all of our rights because a precedence is being set.

However the US Military's alleged crimes have been made known, we will never know as long as the accused is denied his rights.

If we do not defend Bradley Manning's rights, not only are we violating our own rights as American citizens, we are also aiding and abetting in the violation of our Constitution, and, in the destruction of our Nation.

Demand that Bradley Manning be allowed the right to defend himself, or, be set free!  In either case, let justice be done.

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
