Use reusable crates (shells) for transporting their plastic bottles instead of plastic wrap that does very little to hold them together once some are removed and gets thrown away.
Its a small step, but one that on the scale of bottled water bought would reduce the amount of plastic going into landfills, especially where there aren't recycling programs.
