A bill has recently been introduced in the Washington State Senate that would allow gay couples to be married in your state. It has not yet been put up for a vote, but it has already been signed by 25 Senators - the minimum number needed for passage.  However, several of these Senators are either Republicans or Democrats from conservative districts.  They will be under heavy pressure from anti-Gay groups to change their votes.  We need to let them know that their stances are supported by the majority of the American people.  We also need to keep up the pressure on those who have not yet expressed support for the bill.
